WCIL | This is in a very rural county. All the sportsboosters cook porkchops for football games. Supposedly someone who was "in charge" of the foodstand for the week ordered this cheap meat. I complained to several people on the fairboard since they would know who screwed up. This pork might have been fit to feed to cats and dogs. I wonder if it was suppose to be breaded and deep fat fried for pork fritters? It was pounded to about 1/4" thin. Butterfly pork chops should be about 1/2 to 3/4" thick | |
