| Beans for OND were -.45, Jan bid was-.35 with a 3 cent premium add on if he wants us to go to a closer market that we don't really like to deal with.
Corn bids were -10 for Sept, -7 for ON and -3 for Dec, -7 again for Jan.
That's why I sold the corn for Dec delivery to get started hauling and for cash flow and then sold the beans in to Jan because there was a nice premium to carry them vs an inverted market on the corn into Jan.
Near by corn was +23
all the corn bids were into an ethanol plant, bean bids were into a processor, just depends on which one he needs them at when it's delivery time. | |
