| Yes, the compression fittings should be easy for one person to install on their own. It takes 2 guys to put together the hot weld joints, and some extra room.
Also, you only have one shot at doing it right. A botched hot weld joint is an expensive lesson as the fittings are not cheap. The stainless transitions can be cut off and reused if necessary. When welding you have to have just the right amount of heat, not too much and not too little.
It sure helps to have someone with experience helping when you first start out. | |
