figured this out 10, maybe 20 years ago.

btw, it takes at least 6 years of what you call supposed research...conceive em, grow em, breed em, raise say 3 calves...then even you may notice "slopey" structure udders.

Granted on hiefers it shows some...and some folks can even see it then ( generally give her another year ).

Folks in the Midwest BABY those cows to much.
Cows never get a chance to fall a part on ya thus you cannot tell the GREAT ones from the others.
Heck you love em so much that you Fail to see any defects.

Gerald Frye, Jan Bonsma etc., been saying the same thing for 40 years now...and they are correct.
