I know a guy who used to have a truck crane that set slats in new barns in NC Iowa, and surrounding areas.  Since late '07 - early '08 he had to find a new job, because EVERYONE quit putting up barns.  Business was boomin' for about six years before that, then we know what happened. 

I'm curious if there is any areas in the country that people are starting to build again.
