Well I got in from treating it.  Ended up using an oversized syringe to spray peroxide into where the wire was all the way around, did the same with iodine.  Gave a shot of tetnus, and for now decided against using the other drugs, as the only spot she was bleeding was the very small spot where I cut her with the snips while cutting the wire.  I have her penned up and am going to keep a close eye on her, I like the bandage idea, but don't think it is necessary due to how little of an actual cut there is.  Thanks for the responses, I have the feeling if I wouldn't have caught it when I did, it could have had a really bad outcome.
