Oklahoma | I have seen the sacrete tried, but never seen it as a real successful fix. Usually have to repair it a year later anyways and have to dig all the concrete back out.
Quickest is as the other post said, bentonite packed from the topside.
My opinion, best fix is probably cut down to the pipe with a backhoe and repack with good clay in small lifts, twice the diameter of the pipe and tie it into the dam with a small core trench to keep the water from running right back through on your cut lines. Or try to find some antiseep collars to put around your pipe which will depend on the type of plastic. | |
