From what I can make out from the picture, it looks like a pond in progress. Small black dot higher up on the dam could be an overflow tube. Looks like hot wire on the dam and on the south side but nothing on the north side where the cows are at. Just wondering, that's why I asked. Didn't know if you were playing with fire. Never seen even a "very hot wire" slow down a newborn that is stumbling around.
