NE Iowa | I am guessing you don't want to dig up the yard. But we had an old basement that leaked a lot. Got a quote for the same type of stuff. Mentioned it to an "old timer" back hoe operator. Came in and installed tile around the footings with an external sump. Its been great. The main goal is not to let the water in or under the basement. Anyway did the job for half the cost, but yes an outside mess. But like it not getting inside the house. | |
