The real money maker per acre of grass I see is goats. I see a few places were goats out sell calves. The closer you are to bigger towns, the ethnic groups will pay top dollar for them. They cost you almost nothing to run them. Now the 64 dollar question, how many goats are needed to fulfill those needs?
Which is more profitable per acre of grass?
