Here's my plan, sold 1/3 of expected yield already, no calls. Will sell 1/3 between now and middle of July. Basically I have sold 10%/month Feb-July making sales 60%. Havn't yet decided on calls or not. So will be 2/3 sold before harvest with insurance. I will save 1/3 unpriced for next spring/summer however, I plan to buy puts on part of the remaining 1/3.
