Probably leave her on same thing you were giving her before. Good hay should be just fine.

How much ground ear corn were you feeding her before she calved? And for how long?

Feeding too much corn for an extended period to preg heifers makes me nervous about getting big calves. We limited ours to good alfalfa hay and protien tubs, mineral and salt 3 to 4 months before they calve. Save the corn as just a "treat" or when we need to bring them into the lots, or after they calve.
