Eastern Nebraska		You can make mashed potatoes and freeze them if you add cream cheese to them... it holds then together better.... you alos need to heat the potato up again to mash them... You can make twice baked potatoes if you want to use the skin... same thing add cream cheese to them and milk along with the cheese and the crisp fried bacon... wrap individually and freeze can heat these up in the microwave... i like them really well as fried potatoes with the skin on
