| The soft ones?
4 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 c water.
I cut it in half. Mix well, let rest. I divide it into 8 or 9 balls and roll out on a floured table. Cast iron skillet medium hot about 30 seconds a side. I keep them in a folded towel so they stay moist. You want them rolled pretty thin and they'll rise just a bit while cooking. I've never used whole wheat flour, so I don't know if you'd need to adjust the water, etc. Some day I'd like to buy a tortilla press just to play with, but I am getting better at rolling them round.
