It sure would seem to be logical for dental and medical professionals to share the info, especially with their patients.  Too much tunnel vision.  Very often people who have been bullemic during their lives or had stomach conditions that result in regurgitation have trouble with their teeth.......stomach and digestive acids are monumentally corrosive to dental enamel.
