Subject: Bull ration question.

Baldwin City, KS
What do you guys feed your bulls when they are off duty? I have four bulls ranging in age that bounce between a fall and spring herd. Basically they have their work cut out for them on the fall herd and are overkill on the spring herd. I will be pulling them off of the cows in a few days and kicking them out on a 10 acre lot with some hay and grain. My question is what and how much grain should I be feeding them? I have heard some talk of bulls foundering and I would like to avoid that. I would also like to improve their condition some as well as keeping them healthy. I have silage available as well, although the bulls havn't been on it this winter so far. Thanks for the help.
