I agree with Torn that the 106 won't give very good results for guidence. I used one with a Starlink bar for some Veris work and my pass to pass was not close enough to plant or spray with (but fine for Veris work). I use ours for yield monitoring, soil sampling and non-accurate use guidence (such as with Veris mapping).

Plus the Trimble software for configuring the 106 (AgRemote) has to be one of the worst programs I have ever used for communicating with a GPS system. If you are trying to get some cheap (but good) guidence, I would look at the Raven, Cultiva or Outback systems.
