NEMO | Is there room to mount it to the panel just below the countertop and just above the cabinet door? BTW, if I'm doin the #2 and there is no TP in sight, I can gaurantee you that I'll be opening doors looking for some. JMHO.
If you can't come to an agreement on where to install it, replace the toilet with one of those that they have in Japan (or wherever it is) that shoot a stream of water to clean you. Then install a fan to dry you. LOL!!!
