Lowell, when we redid the kitchen and the back "powder room", we had kinda the same issue. I found a free-standing paper holder at Le' Boutique Target' ;-) that worked out really well. It can set wherever in the tiny little room that makes the most sense......and I've moved it around frequently. I think it set me back about $20 +/-.
