E.Central MN | I think its interesting that there seems to be a small trend going on where people want to know where their food comes from. A while back I read about classes on butchering chickens and the classes were filled up. Maybe one of those cooking shows on Sat mornings will take it one step further and start showing the whole meat cutting process instead of just showing a cut of lamb or pork and then talking about some fancy cheese sauce,pasta and wine from Italia. Oh well, at least they are still promoting the richness of a diet that includes meat and dairy products. | |
