NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | We have alot of old 8mm movies of our kids starting 30 plus years ago & want to copy them to DVD disc. I have looked into having them professionally copied but that is really expensive. I've been trying to find a machine that I can do it myself but have had no success so far. Has anybody out there copied there own movies & if you have where did you find the machine to do it. Our old 8mm movie projector does not work anymore so I can't even view them. I have thought about putting a ad on Craigslist or EBay but am a little hesitant about scams out there. I feel alot safer on this site.
Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
