Thumb of Michigan
We used to hire a younger neighbor to work in the shop and help move grain in the winter. I can't say enough good about the relationship, he may have been one of a kind. We were both pretty flexible on hours and days when he might have projects with his own farm or his young family. He helped out during the growing season as well when he was available. I'd definitely suggest a working relationship with a neighbor vs a capitol intensive sideline such as trucking.
