Subject: Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse

Chebanse, IL.....

I've used a Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse for many months now. However, every once in a while (3-4 mos?), we'll have some type of keyboard trouble. I'll reboot the computer & see a message on dos screen loadup saying "no keyboard present". This Logitech setup uses a USB connector. I usually replace batteries, though indicator does NOT indicate that need.

I plug in a conentional keyboard, leaving the wireless receiver in place. Computer loads up fine & conventional keyboard works (being use right now). If this is like previous problem times, I'm betting I can shut down computer & unplug conventional & wireless will work just fine. I think I've done all updates that Logitech says it has.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
