I have a couple of these. They hold the hay up off of the ground and will look like they will last a long time. Made not too far from you. Runnings also sells them.

www.balefeeder.com  This is a very heavy duty feeder made of 2 x 2 square steel tubing. 

On the other end of the spectrum I recently bought a simple lightweight but well made Applegate 2 piece ring and really like that for different applications. The Commonsense feeders though will be my main feeders for many years.
