Aberdeen MS | on a 17 hr old Farmall 40 w/cab so the wife could help out a bit more. On 12-6 she had a new right hip put in @ 47 yrs old.
She never did learn to drive a clutch/stick shift anything, so that made it difficult for her (more scared than anything else really) to attempt to help bale. She volunteered to always ride the rack, and I KNOW better than to argue...hehe.
Now she'll be able to help out again only I get to ride the rack again. But I have about 5 different attachments for the old old 8N Ford that the 40 will now take over duties of.
Asked the dealer about a CAT I quick hitch, he said sit down cause he fell off the chair when he checked it out. Whatever company he checked with was $485, told him I'll go through Northern Tool for about less than half that amount for one. | |
