Cut the loin into 6 inch chunks and wrap in aluminum foil. Throw it on the grill and just turn it now and then. use a thermomter and just stick it through the foil to check the temp. Then throw them in a cooler while still hot to let them slow cook a bit more and you will have the whole thing ready at once to feed a crew.
