ECIL | One thing I should add, I don't have a smoker and my charcoal grill doesn't have a grill surface I can indirect grill with. I'd have to remove the entire grill surface to replenish the charcoal. As much as I enjoy grilling I think I am relegated to either the oven or a crock pot. That is, unless someone has a solution to my grill? Local stores don't have the proper grill top in stock. Bummer. | |
