I have a bread machine that is ancient but I use it. Not weekly, or even monthly, but when I do use it, I only use the dough setting where it mixes and raises the dough, then I take it out and form it into what I want to make. I mostly make buns and boy are they good. I don't use mixes, pretty simple with the ingredients.
