| I yanked out one older Freedom Fount, and put a Ritchie redtop in it's place at about the end of the season last year. Oh, man, it's heaven. Spent one night already at zero, with 45mph winds and no cows around it all night, and the next day, and popped the floats and it was good to go. Several nights in the teens and absolutely no problems or intervention. It was cold enough that one night that our heated waterers froze the drinks over. Didn't freeze the waterers, or the valves, just iced over the drinks. Popped the crust off and they were good. | |
