No. I'm saying the mana...er "handlers" have as much if not more culpability. Hell Bernie just got the ball rolling. The rest kept pushing it. There may be a day of reckoning for them but I doubt much will ever benefit individual investors. Even if folks get some back it'll prolly ;)be too late for alot-they'll already be on skid row or worse.
