SE Wisconsin | We have a 2009 Subaru Legacy GT with 32000 miles. My wife travels a lot for work so we got her a car to handle the snow we get. The worst thing I ever did was get the Turbo model since she is a little speed demon in that thing. The pricier traction control saved her a couple of times making the car go straight instead of sliding. I was looking at getting a 2002-03 Impreza WRX myself to play around in the snow. I will say when we went to buy her car in January of 2009 they were the only car dealer unwilling to make a big deal for us to buy it even if we paid cash. They were the only one still selling cars, I don't consider the Korean vehicles in this because she had one of them and they SUCK. They have a very loyal following and I can see why. She is already looking at a Forrester to replace her Legacy. | |
