IL. | I work off farm driveing a concrete tk. and those that can't figure out the construction routes are either driveing too fast, on the phone or just not paying attention. few yrs. ago a semi hit a pickup sitting at a construction site and killed a finisher, he said the barricades and cones were not set up properly he didn't understand his route!! the reconstruction team also figured he was doing 70 MPH in a 45 well daaaa, pay attention!!!! those reduced speeds are there for a reason PAY ATTENTION!!! the live you safe may be mine!!
