Central Iowa | I've used them for tomatoes, this works really well for me. With the tomato plants all planted in a row, I place two cattle pannels parallel with each other on each side of the row of tomatoes. Keeping them about 2 feet apart, as the tomato grows I use wood lathe as a "plank" between the pannels to place the heavy vines onto and keep doing this as the tomato plant grows. I like cattle pannels because it makes for easier picking. | |
