Dad used to grow White Cloud, a white hulless variety that was really tender and basically hulless.  It was terrible to grow, wouldn't stand very long and the ears were smaller than commercial varieties, but it sure was good.  I haven't been able to find the seed in a few years so I don't know if it's still available or not  I'm still eating on some he had and I think the date on the lard can he had it in was 2006 and it's still good.

   I believe the company he got it from was Crookham Seed Co., in Caldwell, Idaho
