Rock County, MN | In crockpot - make rub, 2 TBS Course Kosher salt (has mild flavor), 1TBS chili-powder, 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon. Use 2Tbs olive oil rub all over ribs then mix other ingredients together and rub on ribs then leave set for 20 minutes. Put in pot and add 16oz bottle room temp Newcastle ale, two cans of halved apricots in heavy syrup, pour over ribs and cook'em dude! On high heat for about 30-40 minutes then set to low 4+ hrs, add water if necessary.
