| What we did the last time, and, dang, they were good. Take and wrap about a 6" section in Aluminum foil. Throw in some Onion, Garlic, a little butter, and a little seasoned salt. Indirect cooked that on the grill(smoked basically) at 250 for 3 hrs. Took that out, and took it to where we were eating, and put it on a hot grill and barbequed it just long enough to char them a little and cook the barbeque sauce in. Best ribs I've ever had. They were nearly falling off the bone coming out of the aluminum foil. Use two pieces of Aluminum foil and double wrap, just in case it wants to stick to the rack in the grill. | |
