We have a microwave-convection and my wife uses it for most of her baking. She says if it goes out she will get another one. We have it out on a closed in porch area just off of the kitchen that we don't cool in the Summer and this really helps with not heating the kitchen up when we are using the airconditioner in the Summer.
Replacing microwave ... might want convection also?
