All gipsa is supposed to do, is take care of the fair trade and anti trust issues which have been ignored in the usa for the past say 50 years.
Seems rather redundant, but that's typical usa govt.
gipsa is NOT truely about the meat industry anyway...just another govt tool for more trickle down govt fundings, jobs, etc...JUST like the previous fair trade and anti trust laws in said country.
