I have used Dairycomp, DHIA plus, and Dairyplan at different times on various dairies, if money is not a big factor would go with dairycomp, DHI plus is a lot cheaper and the support for it is great (and free if you test). I have found that people without a lot of PC experience learn DHI plus faster.
