Ed,  you might need to clarify that statement.  To me, it sounds like you are saying two things that are polar-opposites.  But, I have no experience working on a school board, so maybe you meant what you said.  But please clarify: how can you work "behind the scenes", "in the sunshine", and yet it sounds like you are not making decisions in public.  I am confused.
