Unfortunately, some companies just don't take care of business. I would get a good attorney familiar with pipelines, oil and gas. Maybe a demand letter from them will get it settled, if not, you want the best if you have to go to court. Most of the time the prevailing litigant will get attorney fees paid by the other anyway.
