We bale winter wheat and barley straw behind our 2388's . Spring wheat will depend on what kind you have . We plant solid stem and it's kind of a pain to bale . It will also depend on the baler . We round bale everything with a JD567 with a stuffer , makes it easier when the straw is getting dry and slick.
