scky | I see no reason not to pay for travel time, the company that is not paying travel and charging travel are in the wrong. You failed to say if the guys are in a co. vehicle or in their personal vehicle, which could be said they are reporting for work in the location of their employment. If they are at the work station and are sent to another location, they should be paid full wages as they would receive while physically working the job. That work station being the normal duty station they normally report to for instruction or assignment.
