as to why it is a home game for Indiana, it was probably their home game that was scheduled and moved, Penn State does not need neutral site games to boost attendance, and Indiana probably takes a more money for giving up their regular home game with a popular opponent and gets a boost in average attendance numbers
if a program that is not that well to do, that is surely having budget issues, and needs revenue for their ENTIRE ATHLETICS PROGRAM that football funds at most schools sees the ability to make 2 or 3 million more for a game over what they would normally make for a home game they are going to take that revenue in a heart beat | |
