| The whole point of the 2 rounds of vaccinations is to reduce or eliminate need for antibiotics. The calves being weaned for 30-45 days also works in their favor. If they are as advertised these calves should be ready for anything. I don't see a few hours on a truck as being particularly stressfull as long as the cattle have been prepared and are well cared for nutritionally on both ends of the trip. Watch them closely for a few days after arrival and pull and doctor any calves that might exhibit symptoms. | |
