nothing wrong with it as long as the buyer knows what they are getting, you probably won't get better than grinding hay price for it, but I would think any feedyard would buy it and grind and blend it in a grower ration for roughage.  The big question is why did it end up with high nitrates in the first place.  That is what you want to change so it doesn't happen again.
