Saw a set of broken mouth Angus cows last week that were $900. P 2's, young side brokens.
Still plenty of opportunities to buy rancher cows in the 450 to 750 range.
On farmer cows...if you find any for less than 650 they're a bargain.
Say solid mouth and younger P 2's in the $700 to $1,000 range ( average is perhaps high side of the afore middle ).
A real good set of cows here last week went for just under $600 ( weighed say 1,150 + )...heard they went to a farmer and the guy supposedly complained. Said there were to many Red Angus cows on em..over half of em though were Blacks and a couple 3 were real dark Chocolate cows. Mostly young side brokens there were some 5 year old thru short solid cows too. P 2's a few P 3's on em.
