I used to have direct deposit with FSA. Bank sold to another bank, when FSA was making some type of payment. When I found out bank was going to sell asked them about what would happen with direct deposit from FSA said it wouldn't be a problem, money never showed up to the new bank. Took a while to get things lined. Decided to change back to getting a check.
CCC loans, interest charges. Is what they are doing legal?
