i live in east central indiana and i can tell you that the zone we live in frost seeding is not a good idea red or white clover will frost seed in feb or march u here but thats about it in my pastures i like the new zeland type fescues baranburg seed has a nice variety rye grass is ok but wont take the abuse fescue will we have a dealer right outside new castle that can fix you up mix a little grazing type alfalfa or red and white clover i like to get mine sowed in march and you should get a good stand if we get plenty of rain if you want a seed catlog and more advice i can get you the seed dealers number so you can give him a call David
