SEIL | Neither our county or twp is "zoned". Our twp currently has industry being built and has me wondering if we should have some zoning ordinances. We were strictly agriculture, a small twp with little money. I assume the process would have to involve lawyers, be very specific, and would be very costly? My concerns are sewage or waste water, our water table (no rural water) and roads. Appreciate your thoughts. | |
